To be eligible for a return on items purchased online via www.jashanmal.com, the following conditions must be met:

  • Any item purchased up to 14 days from the day of delivery.
  • Customer must raise a ticket online: https://www.jashanmal.com/pages/contact-us
  • Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with its original packaging, and accompanied by an original receipt.
  • Once the return request has been initiated, the customer must hand over the item to the carrier on the agreed date.
  • Return is not applicable for the following: books, perfumes, cosmetics, and certain personal care products.
  • For Clarks, the following options are available:
    1. Request a refund on the Jashanmal website and receive a GV which can be used on the website only.
    2. Keep the item.
  • For small and large appliances, an item returned must be in the state that they were received unless damaged. The cost of returning an open condition item is 30% of the item amount (restocking fee) if returning for the following reasons:
    1. Item is not as expected
    2. Customer found a better price
    3. Customer changed mind
    4. Package has already been opened
    5. Item has already been used
  • The customer will be charged AED 20 (deducted from the refund amount) for shipping fee if returning for the following reasons:
    1. Item is not as expected
    2. Customer changed mind
  • Items that have already been used and failed in our quality check process will be returned to the customer.

 

Return and Refund Processing:

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund in the form of gift voucher will be processed.
  • Credit card refund is only applicable for the following:
    1. Item purchased is out of stock
    2. Item received is defective or damaged
    3. Item does not match the listing description
  • A credit card refund (if applicable) will be processed and credited to your account within 10-15 business days or depending on your bank.
  • Items purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher.
  • Items that have been cancelled will receive a refund in the form of gift voucher.

 

Exchange Policy:

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process as above.
